Donnie Jacobs

Donnie founded Bluestem in 2012 with the idea that he could provide cost effective, quality service to commercial customers. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Rangeland Ecology & Management from Texas A&M University and over a decade of experience in the Texas nursery and landscape industry. Donnie is also a state licensed irrigator. His unique background, focus on quality, and attention to detail are fundamental to Bluestem's operation.

Chad Salyer

Chad joined Bluestem in 2014 as the Houston Operations Manager. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Business from Sam Houston State University and extensive experience in sales and customer service.
